Live music. Stand-up comedy. Spoken word. Nothing overdressed. Casualsmart, comfortable, jeans will do.
There is food.... that's a +.

It was a nice laid back and relaxed atmosphere.

What stood out to me was a piece by this male poet telling the other men what questions to ask themselves to see if they with the right someone
... I can't recall the title but each verse ended on or bridged into:

"...did she cook it? or did she warm it? If she warmed it you can't trust her...."

He was deep, funny, spot on male perspective with the right dosis of wisdom - without preaching... just leveling one on one....

Anyway... I fell in love with that piece.

That seems to be my theme at the moment:

CAN YOU TRUST HER?
wether she is a close or distant relative...CAN YOU TRUST HER?...a collegue or your boss CAN YOU TRUST HER?

I don't do pretentious. I will be professional. I will be civil. I will be respectfull. But pretentious I don't do. This is why I eliminate people in my life that require pretense...

Well but you can't live of of air.... so you will have to put up with the work situation. professional but not pretense.

"did she cook it? or did she warm it? if she warmed it you can't trust her..."
